Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production activities in the wood-working division to ensure production targets and quality benchmarks are met.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule production staff to maintain optimal labor productivity and morale.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and optimize wood material yield.
- Ensure full compliance with all OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive repairs and upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for management regarding output, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and consumables to prevent production bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the wood-working or furniture manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of wood processing machinery, finishing techniques, and quality control standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Office Suite (ERP system experience is highly preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to production challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
