Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between the production supervisor and other staff members to ensure clear communication.
- Assist the supervisor in planning, organizing, and scheduling daily production operations.
- Execute production tasks efficiently while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or necessary supplies to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times.
- Record production data and prepare daily reports as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking and Writing) is mandatory for this role.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks as needed.
