Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and schedule daily production operations to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available and production-ready.
- Monitor production output to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Analyze production metrics to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records of all finished goods and work-in-progress.
- Communicate effectively with department heads to resolve production delays or equipment issues.
- Train and supervise production floor staff to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Denpasar and adapt to dynamic operational shifts.
