Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Monitor real-time KPIs including OEE, yield rates, and production throughput
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present complex data insights to stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- Automate reporting workflows to ensure timely data delivery and accuracy
- Support continuous improvement projects by providing data-backed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis within manufacturing or production environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and derive business insights
- Experience with production KPIs including OEE, yield analysis, and capacity planning
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain data integrity across multiple systems
