Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily production processes to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise production line operations and ensure all activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and quality control, to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the factory floor.
- Manage production scheduling and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and handle operational pressure.
- Good command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
