- Oversee injection mold setup, validation, and changeovers to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Diagnose and resolve production issues affecting quality, cycle times, or machine performance
- Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and refine production standards
- Document maintenance activities, production metrics, and improvement initiatives
- Train production staff on proper machine operation and safety protocols
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities and cost reduction measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding production environments
- Strong knowledge of mold design, injection processes, and thermoplastic materials
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and production documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
