Join PT Koza Presisi Indonesia as a Production & Engineering Manager and lead our manufacturing excellence initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire production lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, and safety are met
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including production supervisors, engineers, and technicians
- Develop/implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce production costs
- Establish KPIs for production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D on product development and process enhancement projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Drive implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in production management, process optimization, and engineering leadership
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Technical proficiency in production planning systems (ERP/MES) and CAD/CAM tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication and team management abilities
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems and industry-specific regulations
