Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain rigorous quality control protocols for automotive production lines.
- Perform comprehensive product inspections to ensure adherence to international engineering specifications.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical production issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on quality metrics and process deviations.
- Participate in international technical transfers and on-site operational reviews in South Korea.
- Ensure all safety and environmental compliance standards are met during daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for technical documentation and international communication.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S).
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
- Willingness and readiness to be deployed for work assignments in South Korea.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
