Are you an experienced Production Engineer looking for a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading rubber manufacturing company located in Cikande, is seeking a results-oriented Production Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the operational excellence of our production lines. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and floor-level production execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of rubber processing, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the leadership skills necessary to drive team performance to meet production targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production floor activities to ensure output meets scheduled targets and quality specifications.
- Analyze manufacturing processes for rubber production to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean).
- Ensure all production machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal condition by coordinating with the maintenance department.
- Monitor and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations across the production facility.
- Manage, train, and develop production operators to improve individual and team productivity.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to reduce scrap rates and minimize production defects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably within the rubber or polymer manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of rubber compounding, vulcanization, and production machinery.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software (ERP).
- Willingness to be based in Cikande, Banten.
