Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily PU Foam Car Seat production activities
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Train and mentor production staff on PU Foam processes and equipment operation
- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for process improvement
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize manufacturing workflows
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage inventory levels and equipment maintenance schedules
- Prepare production reports and performance analyses
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years in production supervision within automotive manufacturing
- Proven expertise in PU Foam production processes for automotive components
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of quality control systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software
- Problem-solving abilities for production efficiency challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing management systems
