Are you an experienced leader ready to oversee manufacturing operations? Stanli Trijaya Mandiri is currently seeking a skilled Production Foreman (Shift Leader) to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless flow of operations, ensuring that production targets are met with precision while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. You will act as the bridge between upper management and the production floor, driving efficiency and ensuring that every shift runs smoothly from start to finish.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to ensure timely output and meet company targets.
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict safety protocols on the shop floor to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Train, supervise, and motivate production staff to maintain high productivity and morale levels.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Ensure quality control standards are strictly met during all production and packing processes.
- Collaborate with management to report daily production metrics, inventory levels, and progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman, Shift Leader, or Team Leader in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/D3 in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred).
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written communication skills are required).
