Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency and production oversight? Makmurbara Sejahtera is looking for a proactive Production & Inventory Admin to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that our production processes flow smoothly from conception to final output.
As our Follow Up Specialist, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between production scheduling and inventory management. You will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing progress, maintaining accurate stock records, and proactively identifying bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor the daily manufacturing process to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Perform regular follow-ups with production teams to track the status of ongoing work orders.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct physical stock takes and reconcile data with the internal management system.
- Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies in inventory or production outputs promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management regarding production efficiency and stock status.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of production supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, production administration, or supply chain support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with ERP software or inventory management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
