Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules for Injection and Blowmolding machinery to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, ISO protocols, and production specifications.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to maximize efficiency, safety, and output quality.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime and prevent costly errors.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks to implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Enforce strict safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Coordinate with maintenance and planning departments to optimize resource allocation and material usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Injection and Blowmolding manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing plant.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production reporting tools.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (communication skills).
