We are currently seeking a highly motivated and communicative Production Leader to join our team in Bogor. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between management and the production floor, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless communication within a multicultural work environment.
As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, maintaining high production standards, and providing clear instructions to staff. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders and technical counterparts, ensuring that all production goals are met in alignment with company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily production floor operations to meet output targets.
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication between local staff and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Monitor production quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
- Address and resolve operational issues or production bottlenecks in real-time.
- Prepare daily production reports and documentation for management review.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and workplace health policies are strictly followed.
- Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
