Sunson Textile Manufacturer is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Leader to join our manufacturing facility in Sumedang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that all output meets our rigorous quality standards and predetermined production targets.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will manage production teams, monitor machine performance, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production floor teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production output quality and ensure strict adherence to standardized manufacturing procedures.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor and raw materials, to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) regulations.
- Manage employee work schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies (Kaizen/Lean).
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery is serviced and operational.
- Prepare detailed daily production reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in textiles.
- Strong understanding of textile production workflows, machine operation, and quality control metrics.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems for reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage high-pressure production environments.
- Solid understanding of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO quality management systems.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to the Sumedang area.
