Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production line machinery to ensure consistent output and quality.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of finished goods to identify and rectify any defects.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
- Accurately document production data, including output counts and material usage.
- Adhere strictly to all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors and maintenance teams to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Production Line Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and quality control standards.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
- Ability to work in shifts and follow technical instructions precisely.
