Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production systems
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts according to technical specifications
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for equipment history
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Follow strict safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar role
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations in industrial settings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts if required
