We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee our large-scale manufacturing facilities in Jawa Timur. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve yield, and reduce operational waste using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, preparing detailed reports for executive leadership on performance, variance, and cost-efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a large cross-functional team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and equipment lifecycle management to minimize downtime and maximize asset utilization.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality Assurance departments to ensure seamless integration and product excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management, specifically within the FMCG or food/beverage manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, and local food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large workforces and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
