Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations at the new manufacturing facility to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize throughput and meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage departmental budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs to maximize profitability.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a secure workplace for all staff.
- Analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a culture of productivity and high performance.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in facility management and the successful launch of new manufacturing lines.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP software.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
