Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure all production processes comply with company quality standards and ISO regulations.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to prevent production downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in the production area.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve defects and maintain product consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the plastics or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
