Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve peak performance and operational efficiency.
- Implement and oversee lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a zero-harm workplace environment.
- Analyze production metrics and prepare data-driven reports to identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
- Manage the department budget, including labor costs, raw material usage, and equipment maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems (ISO standards).
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive cultural change.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical capabilities.
