As the Production Manager, you will be the driving force behind our manufacturing success, overseeing end-to-end production processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize production workflows, and implement lean manufacturing principles to meet ambitious targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee all production activities to ensure output meets quantity, quality, and cost requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the facility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) to reduce waste and improve manufacturing cycles.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and raw material inventory levels effectively.
- Mentor and develop production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
