Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and monitor the daily production schedule to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Manage production budget, labor costs, and material efficiency to maximize profitability.
- Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve production flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols and quality control standards.
- Mentor, lead, and develop production staff and supervisors to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization.
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale manufacturing operations and diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of ISO quality standards, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean manufacturing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
