Camiloplas Jaya Makmur is a dynamic leader in the manufacturing sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products with precision and efficiency. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team in Kabupaten Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in manufacturing management, capable of optimizing workflows, leading diverse teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will act as a bridge between management objectives and shop-floor execution, ensuring that production targets are met on time while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall production operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure high levels of performance, safety compliance, and employee engagement.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all products meet internal and client specifications.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and machinery, to reduce waste and maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance schedules for machinery to minimize downtime and prevent production bottlenecks.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and workplace safety.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, KPIs, and resource utilization for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
