WIK Group is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Batam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, with a specialized focus on Die Casting operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all daily production operations to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.
- Spearhead the Die Casting department, ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to technical specifications.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet operational KPIs and organizational goals.
- Mentor and lead departmental supervisors and production teams to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce waste and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality management standards across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the electronics or metalworking sector.
- Proven technical expertise in Die Casting processes and machinery.
- Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and shop floor leadership.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop large teams.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex technical data and translate it into actionable production strategies.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
