Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met on time.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the production team to maintain high levels of engagement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimal performance of advanced ceramic manufacturing machinery.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure products meet premium market requirements.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase yield.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (K3) protocols across the factory floor.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain a smooth production flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment (experience in the ceramic industry is a strong advantage).
- Strong proficiency in operating and troubleshooting modern, automated production machinery.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and ISO standards.
- Willingness to be based in Klapanunggal, Jawa Barat.
