Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee all production activities to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing schedules to optimize machine utilization and labor productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to ensure high levels of engagement and operational discipline.
- Monitor production costs, material usage, and waste reduction initiatives to improve bottom-line profitability.
- Maintain rigorous quality control checks throughout the printing process to meet client specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (K3) regulations within the factory floor.
- Manage maintenance schedules for printing machinery to prevent downtime and prolong asset life.
- Analyze production data and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within the Offset Printing or Packaging industry.
- Deep understanding of printing processes, workflows, and machine capability.
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
