Oriental Yuhong is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Production Manager to join our growing manufacturing facility in Cikarang. In this pivotal role, you will lead the production operations, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while effectively bridging communication between local teams and international stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all daily production activities to ensure output meets production targets and quality standards.
- Serve as a primary linguistic and operational bridge between Chinese leadership/technicians and the local Indonesian workforce.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and manage costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety (K3) protocols and environmental regulations throughout the factory floor.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance departments to minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare regular analytical reports regarding production progress, resource utilization, and operational challenges for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical) or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to communicate with regional headquarters and technical teams.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under high-pressure environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
