Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations for wet and canned pet food lines, ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule production staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control processes to ensure compliance with pet food safety and manufacturing regulations.
- Manage production budgets, inventory levels, and raw material utilization to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) to optimize production throughput and process efficiency.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OHS standards and conducting regular safety audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management, specifically within the food or beverage manufacturing industry (canned food experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and ISO food safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse production teams in a shift-based environment.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting production KPIs, inventory management, and cost control.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software/ERP systems.
