Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production operations within the plastic injection molding department.
- Monitor production output and quality to ensure alignment with company KPIs and delivery schedules.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize machine utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to ensure a high-performance, safety-conscious work culture.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and execute corrective actions for process improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Proven technical knowledge of injection molding machines, mold maintenance, and plastic resins.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements (Lean, Kaizen, or 5S).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems for production reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams in Cikarang.
