Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee the daily production operations of soap bars and soap noodles to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize yield, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency (OEE).
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff to foster a culture of high performance and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with industry-standard safety regulations (HSE) and environmental guidelines within the manufacturing plant.
- Manage the budget for the production department, including raw material utilization, labor costs, and equipment maintenance expenses.
- Monitor production KPIs and generate detailed reports for senior management regarding output, downtime, and process deviations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure timely preventative maintenance of machinery to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to drive consistent quality enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in soap, detergent, or oleochemical manufacturing.
- Deep technical knowledge of saponification, spray drying, soap plodding, and soap bar cutting/stamping technologies.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset to troubleshoot complex production line issues.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage production data and inventory.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and professional ethics in a production environment.
