- Monitor daily production activities to ensure alignment with quality and quantity targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production management/operations
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality control principles
- Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
