In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes that demand high standards of radiation safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a valid SIB PPR (Petugas Proteksi Radiasi) Medik Tingkat 1 or SIB PPR Radiologi Diagnostik & Interventional license, ensuring that our operations meet both national safety regulations and our internal quality benchmarks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all production activities comply with national radiation safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Monitor and document radiation levels during production processes to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise daily manufacturing workflows, ensuring targets are met with precision and zero safety incidents.
- Maintain and calibrate radiation-related equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments within the production facility.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to manage medical device integrity and sterilization safety.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance and safety compliance for management review.
- Train production staff on radiation safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related science field.
- Mandatory: Must hold a valid SIB PPR (Petugas Proteksi Radiasi) Medik Tingkat 1 or SIB PPR Radiologi Diagnostik & Interventional license.
- Proven experience as a Production Officer or similar role, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of BAPETEN regulations and radiation safety standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
- Proficiency in using MS Office for technical reporting and documentation.
