Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet JAPFA Food’s strict quality and safety standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S standards.
- Accurately document production logs, including output quantities, waste reports, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with shift supervisors to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Follow all food safety regulations and workplace health and safety (K3) protocols strictly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a production operator in a food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in shifts (including mornings, evenings, or weekends).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production processes.
- Basic technical aptitude for operating automated machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and cleanliness standards in a food production environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
