Tanggung Jawab
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production line performance to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime.
- Perform regular quality checks on products during various stages of manufacturing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety regulations.
- Report any mechanical issues or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that all production documentation and log sheets are accurately completed.
- Participate in periodic machine maintenance and routine cleaning tasks.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a shift-based system, including mornings, evenings, or nights.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety procedures.
- Discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility toward work quality.
