Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control production machinery to ensure continuous operations.
- Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Document production data accurately and maintain a clean work environment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new procedures.
