As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring that all food safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Document production activities, including output logs and machinery maintenance reports.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate technical failures to the maintenance team.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety (K3) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production operator role, specifically within the food or beverage industry.
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) equivalent.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain physical stamina for production tasks.
- Proficient in operating manufacturing machinery and basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production.
- Proven ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
