Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor PET resin production equipment including reactors, extruders, and drying systems
- Conduct routine quality checks and process parameter adjustments to ensure product specifications
- Maintain accurate production logs and equipment performance documentation
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor operational issues
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental standards, and GMP guidelines
- Collaborate with shift teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of raw materials and byproducts
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Basic knowledge of polymerization processes and industrial machinery operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in using production monitoring software and data collection systems
- Ability to work in a shift-based daytime schedule with occasional overtime
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 25kg)
