Techpack is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Planner to join our manufacturing team in Demak, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production cycle, ensuring that our output meets customer demand while maintaining optimal efficiency.
As our Production Planner, you will be responsible for balancing production schedules with resource capacity, monitoring material availability, and mitigating potential bottlenecks. You will collaborate closely with warehouse, procurement, and production floor teams to ensure that our manufacturing processes run seamlessly from raw material intake to final product shipment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and machine capacity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and components to prevent production downtime.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to track lead times and ensure timely delivery of essential supplies.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics departments to manage finished goods staging and distribution.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, material usage, and demand variance for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during the production planning process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production planning or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling methodologies, JIT (Just-in-Time), and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a factory setting.
