Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure raw material availability aligns with production timelines.
- Monitor daily production progress to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Analyze manufacturing performance data to optimize lead times and reduce operational waste.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication between sales, warehouse, and production operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production cycles, output reports, and schedule adjustments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory throughput and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in production planning or material requirements planning (MRP) within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production flow optimization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented culture and adapt to changing operational demands.
