Octarine Perfume is seeking a highly motivated Production Planning and Control (PPC) Specialist to join our growing team in Bogor. As a key member of our manufacturing division, you will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of production, optimizing material requirements, and ensuring that our perfume manufacturing processes run with maximum efficiency.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw material procurement and final product delivery. You will leverage data-driven insights to minimize downtime, reduce wastage, and ensure our production targets are met on time, every time. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and scheduled timelines.
- Manage material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure raw materials are available before production cycles begin.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to track stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Analyze production bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions to maintain operational flow.
- Generate weekly and monthly production performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance that minimizes impact on production output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Production Planning and Control within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional departments.
- Willingness to be based in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
