Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Optimize inventory levels through ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, and reorder point management
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production KPIs including OEE, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates
- Analyze demand patterns and adjust production plans to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Prepare monthly reports on inventory status, production variance, and forecast accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and enhance supply chain resilience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC within manufacturing or logistics environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Certification in Production Planning or Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
