Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock requirements
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for material availability
- Prepare regular reports on production performance and inventory metrics
- Optimize inventory control processes to minimize carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
