Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate procurement to prevent stockouts
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales departments for integrated supply chain management
- Generate regular performance reports on production metrics and inventory turnover
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols in all production activities
- Optimize production scheduling to minimize lead times and maximize resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production demands
