We are currently seeking a detail-oriented PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) Staff to join our manufacturing team in Semarang.
As a PPIC Staff member, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between sales demand and manufacturing capability. You will be responsible for ensuring that our production schedules are optimized, inventory levels are accurately maintained, and raw materials are available to meet our high production standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely arrival of components.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production output, inventory accuracy, and material usage.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to manage daily production capacity and labor allocation.
- Maintain integrity of inventory records within the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a PPIC or production planning role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and production scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Experience working with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate across different departments.
