Sinar Continental is a leading manufacturing firm dedicated to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our dynamic team in Cimahi.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our production operations. You will be responsible for synchronizing material availability with production schedules, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run seamlessly while meeting customer demands efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and capacity planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and production departments, to minimize downtime and optimize operational throughput.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze sales forecasts and convert them into feasible production plans.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of raw materials based on the production schedule.
- Track production progress and adjust schedules in real-time to address operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare periodic reports on production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material usage.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and optimize inventory turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work across various departments.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
