We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our team in Cimahi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are perfectly synchronized with customer demand and material availability.
As our PPIC Staff, you will play a critical role in balancing production capacity with supply chain logistics. You will be responsible for creating robust production schedules, managing inventory levels to avoid bottlenecks, and proactively identifying risks to output. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills to optimize our manufacturing workflow.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and order intake.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate closely with the procurement team to ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational risks.
- Analyze production performance data to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Generate and present accurate production progress reports to the management team.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy within the ERP/production tracking system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logic, lead times, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in using ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex production data.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to bridge the gap between production, sales, and warehouse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing production requirements.
