Haeng Nam Sejahtera Indonesia is a leading manufacturing company committed to operational excellence and continuous process improvement. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our dynamic team in Bogor.
In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between sales demand and production capacity. You will be responsible for streamlining material flow, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring that our manufacturing processes run with maximum efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks to drive process excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production output, inventory variance, and lead time performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, and Production departments to align operational targets.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and prevent stock-outs.
- Execute periodic cycle counts and audits to ensure the accuracy of warehouse data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and production scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality operational standards.
