Tiara Cipta Nirwana is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our production cycles run smoothly and that our inventory levels are perfectly balanced to meet market demands.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between production capacity and customer requirements, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing costs. You will be responsible for translating sales forecasts into actionable production plans and overseeing the flow of raw materials through to finished goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory availability.
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with the established schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to maintain output targets.
- Analyze production performance data to generate regular reports for management.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage processes for better accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Management, or Production Planning within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data reporting).
- Familiarity with ERP software or inventory management systems is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
