Become the efficiency engine of Bontex's garment operations as our Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff. This pivotal role requires you to optimize our entire supply chain, ensuring seamless production flow while maintaining inventory excellence. You'll analyze complex Excel data to forecast demand, design production schedules, and proactively resolve bottlenecks on the factory floor. Beyond planning, you'll develop skill matrices and training programs for new workers, directly enhancing workforce productivity. In this hands-on position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, minimize lead times, and ensure material availability meets production targets. - Develop and implement production plans to optimize workflow efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in PPIC or manufacturing planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
